The apartment is composed of an entrance hall, a large bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen and sofa bed, a modern bathroom with a shower. In the house you will find all the comforts: air conditioning, 2 Smart TVs, WiFi, washing machine, iron and hairdryer. The kitchen is complete with all the appliances for a pleasant stay, such as a refrigerator with freezer drawer, Bialetti coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, microwave/oven, electric hob, pots.

Pietralisa35 is located in a privileged position, a few steps from the main attractions of Monopoli. The Duomo, the Murattiano Center with its shops, the Castle with its exhibitions, the Faraglioni, the Lungomare, the Old Port and Piazza Garibaldi are all reachable on foot in a few minutes. Cala Porta Vecchia beach is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. You can also easily walk to the other beautiful beaches of Monopoli, such as Cala Porto Rosso and Cala Porto Bianco.

Monopoli is the ideal starting point for exploring Puglia and its beauties. You can go on excursions to Polignano, Alberobello, Bari, the Castellana Caves, Valle d'Itria, Locorotondo, Cisternino, Ostuni, Fasano, Matera.
